How To Create  User Defined Properties:

Click On Operator Menu Again Click On Operator  Click On Save as  Creating Name And give Name,User Access "-ScApp users "

Routing:

Assigning Or Transferring a Work To an  Operator is Called routing\

There are Two Types 

1.Routing To Work List

2.Routing To work Basket

1.Routing To Work List:

Using work List ,We can Transfer work to only one operator the Pre Defined activity  used To Here is To Work List.

2 .Work Basket :

=>We can transfer Work To Multiple Operators Work-basket is The Conman Place Where Operator's Will have access To The Pre -defined Activity used To here is To Work Basket

=>Routing can Be Done using Assignment shape In Case of process Flow

=>Routing Can be Done Start Shape in Case Of  'Screen Flow'

=>Open any exist Flow Double Click On 'Assignment shape'

Under Assignment Shape Type is Work List 

Routing tab Router ...... To work list 

Operator------ Operator name

Save the Flow ,run The Flow  To assign  The Work Object To Operator

Run Flow For 3 Times logout With system architecture Login with User Into User Portal.
