Ticket is Just Like Go to Statement in any  other Statement Using Which Work Object Can jump in Flow From One Shape To Another Flow Shape  a Ticket Rule Can be Created on the Process Tab.
=>Ticket Contains Only History Tab ,Ticket Can be Called Under Assignment Shape Properties
=>Ticket Can be Called From An Activity  Using "Obj set-Tickets"
=>Create a Ticket Right Click on Class Group Process --Ticket----and Click Save And Create
